In the era of digitalization, data and archive management present significant challenges for many institutions, including the Jambi Climatology Station. Dependence on manual administrative processes increases the risk of errors, inefficiencies, and the potential for archive damage or loss. To address these issues, implementing an Electronic Office (E-Office) system is essential to improve the efficiency and reliability of archive management. This study aims to design and implement an E-Office system at the Jambi Climatology Station, with a focus on enhancing employee productivity while minimizing the risk of archive degradation or loss. The research findings indicate that the developed E-Office application effectively streamlines the generation of periodic and date-based reports, securely stores archives in digital formats, and accelerates the archive retrieval process. Therefore, the implementation of the E-Office system provides a comprehensive solution for more efficient and effective archive management, while also supporting increased employee productivity within the Jambi Climatology Station.
